Meredith H. Collins is a devoted professional and a strong advocate for the aging, driven to improve the lives of those often forgotten in our society, the elderly. She is highly credentialed, having completed much of her education while working in the field, applying best practices and cutting edge ideas to treatment and to the interpersonal family dynamics of her patients.
It is Meredith’s mission to bring compassion, dignity, and healing to clients and their families during end of life challenges and transitions. Ms. Collins typically applies her skills in settings for those 55 and older; helping clients improve their self-esteem and feeling of self-worth by creating healthy environments where meaningful, safe and peaceful living is appreciated and life is completed joyfully.
Over the past ten years Meredith has held various management roles in both facility settings and at the corporate level of home care. She was the Director of Learning and Development at Griswold, responsible for the design and implementation of training for clients, professional caregivers, healthcare providers, and franchise owners, and she was Director of Activities at The Meadows Shannondell.
Ms. Collins holds a Master’s degree in Gerontological Services / Health Administration from Saint Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, PA and a Bachelor’s degree from Gwynedd Mercy University, Gwynedd-Valley, PA.
