To serve seniors we must understand how to raise their consciousness about the issue of aging. In order to raise the consciousness of aging issues, we as professionals must know them first.

In-Reach: educate our members who are the senior service professionals
- High level educational session at every meeting for our members
- There educational sessions will provide an in-depth look at the multiple dimensions of again and how they interface with various service areas.
- Topics: Heath, Financial, and Social
- Topics cover by: Experts who are best suited to address these topics
Out-Reach: educate our local senior citizens on issues they face
- Our members will conduct presentations, seminars, and a conference for our seniors in our community
- We will share the knowledge of our members with our local senior citizens
