- 24-7 MEDICAL ALERT Systems is used most often in private homes. It signals through the standard existing phone line to a monitoring station for help when a subscriber has a medical emergency.(Does not work with a cell phone).
- PRESALERT, OFF-THE-HOOK and NURSE-ALERT are products used in Retirement Communities and Assisted Living Communities that have an existing "in-wall" pull cord system. A resident can press a wearable pendant and activate the existing system for help.
