Minneapolis/St. Paul Chapter

             Public Veterans’ Service Officer Strengthens Minnesota Local Chapter

The Minneapolis/St. Paul Chapter has forged a new collaborative relationship with the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs. 

Our NAIPC Chapter benefits through the active participation of a VA representative who works in the VA’s Outreach Division. Debbie Kaiser, a Claims Representative with the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs has generously offered to attend meetings, partake in the Chapter’s collaborative client service approach and educate other Chapter members as to the breadth and qualification criteria for the broad array of services that may be available to veterans and their immediate family.   

According to members who have already spoken on this, it’s nearly certain this development will enable our Chapter’s members and providers to be better informed and more effective at serving folks as they age in place."
